This Privacy Policy explains what information CityKaam.com collects and how it is used.
Information you give us
When you add a business, we collect the details you type (business name, service, phone or WhatsApp number, city, area, address, description and photos). These details are published on the site so customers can contact you. Your email address, if you give one, is kept private. When you write a review, report a problem or contact us, we keep your name, message and any contact details you give so we can reply.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type. We use it for security, to stop spam and to count how often listings are viewed or called. To show listings from your city first, the site may look up your approximate city from your IP address once, using a third-party service (ipapi.co), and remembers your chosen city and language in cookies on your device.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember your language, country and city, and your saved listings (saved only in your own browser). Advertising or analytics services we may use can set their own cookies.
How we use information
- To publish and show business listings.
- To answer messages and handle complaints.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or remove your listing or any personal information at any time through the Contact Us page.
Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
